Dr. Irvine Mason, MD
Medical Director · Pain Management & Neurology
Dr. Mason is double board-certified in pain management and neurology and has practiced in South Florida for more than 50 years. He has held senior hospital roles and led clinical teams, and still prefers a quiet exam room with one patient. He is known for asking about sleep, appetite and daily routine before he asks about medication, and for treatment plans that are explained without jargon. His clinical focus is chronic back and neck pain, nerve-related pain, and the long-term management of complex pain conditions.
Dr. Charley Scheim, DO
Neurology & Chronic Pain
Dr. Scheim has more than 20 years of experience in neurology and chronic pain. She sees patients with migraine and chronic headache, nerve pain, and long-standing aches that have not responded to standard care, and she favors targeted, minimally invasive treatments: occipital and peripheral nerve blocks, Botox for chronic migraine, and trigger point therapy. Patients describe her as someone who listens without interrupting and explains findings in language that makes sense.
Dr. Rudy Escarria, MD
Internal Medicine, Geriatrics & Addiction Medicine
Dr. Escarria completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at New York Medical College and spent a significant part of his career at the VA in West Palm Beach, caring for veterans. He leads the practice's office-based detox and medication-assisted treatment program for opioid and alcohol dependence and brings a whole-person approach to older adults with chronic pain. His guiding question at every visit is what he can do today to make things a little easier.

Office Manager
Linda runs both front offices and is usually the person who verifies your insurance, chases the prior authorization and calls you back with an appointment. She has been in Florida for five decades and treats every caller as someone who needs help today, not a file number.
Jess
Lead Medical Assistant · Davie
Jess rooms patients, takes vitals, sets up procedures and keeps the Davie clinic running on time. She has been with the practice for several years and is the person most patients mention by name in their reviews.
Laura
Lead Medical Assistant · Boynton Beach
Laura came to patient care after an early career in law and has worked in Florida healthcare since 1986. She leads the clinical side of the Boynton Beach clinic and makes sure every patient understands the plan before they leave.
Shaquoya
Medical Assistant
Fort Lauderdale born and raised, Shaquoya has more than 13 years in healthcare. She assists with rooming, injections and follow-up calls, and is the one to ask if you have a question you were not sure how to raise with the doctor.
The team speaks English and Spanish. Both clinics are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
