Jess has been with us for four years now. Her title is Lead Medical Assistant, sure, but what she really does is make people feel seen. Truly seen. She believes no one should ever feel ignored, especially when they’re in pain. For her, it all comes down to respect and Personalized Patient Care that makes every visit feel human.
And Jess never stops learning. Seriously. She’s always tackling new challenges around the office. Her thought? The more she knows, the better she can show up for someone who needs her. That’s just who she is.
Jess shares:
What do you love most about helping our patients? “Oh, it’s seeing the change. For sure. Someone walks in, a total bundle of nerves… and then you see their shoulders physically drop. That one little moment of relief. That’s everything.”
What do you enjoy most about working here? “The team. Has to be the team. Nothing feels fake here, which is rare these days. We’re just a good crew of people who show up and actually care. It’s all good energy.”
What’s something patients may not know about us? “That we actually listen. I mean really listen, right from that first phone call. It’s not just about your chart or your back pain. It’s about, you know, YOU. We’re in your corner from the start.”
Fun Fact About Jess: So, get this. Jess and her husband just hit their 50th wedding anniversary. Fifty years! She moved to Florida as a young bride, and now their family includes 16 grandkids. Just a huge, happy crew.
